Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development (BD) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our IT services/products. You will collaborate and create strategies to achieve business goals. .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition.
- Convert leads into clients by pitching IT services/products effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work with cross-functional teams (development, design, operations) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Regularly track and report on progress, sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools and related.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
- Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Experience Required
- 1year+ of professional experience in Business Development.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
