Paw Garage App was developed in collaboration with an animal welfare trust aiming to establish a rural animal clinic for stray & community animals. The client sought an efficient system to centralize important data, create and manage animal profiles, schedule vaccinations and medications, track treatment timelines, categorize animals into in-patient (IPD) and out-patient (OPD), and manage post-treatment statuses.

Managing data across various platforms and documents resulted in fragmentation and inefficiency, making it difficult to obtain a comprehensive overview of active dogs, scheduled vaccinations and medications.
Manual Profile Creation
Manually creating and updating animal profiles with essential information such as images, names, genders, species, types (OPD/IPD), last found locations, and descriptions was time-consuming and prone to errors.

Intuitive Profile Creation
Developed a feature in the app allowing for the easy creation of animal profiles with fields for images, names, genders, species, types (OPD/IPD), last found locations, and short descriptions. This streamlined the process, reducing manual effort and ensuring accuracy.
With the ability to categorize animals into IPD and OPD and track post-treatment statuses, Paw Garage App improved treatment management and coordination. This led to better monitoring of treatment timelines, ensuring timely interventions and enhancing overall animal welfare.
Centralized Data Management
Implemented a centralized platform within Paw Garage App to consolidate all important data, including the number of active dogs, scheduled vaccinations and medications. This enabled easy access to vital information, enhancing statistical reporting to donors & collaborators.
Integrated Scheduling System
Introduced a scheduling module within the app for vaccinations, medications, etc, enabling staff to create and manage schedules effortlessly. The system provides automated reminders and notifications, reducing the risk of missed appointments and improving treatment adherence.
